Sunday Birthday parties at Harlequin!

Includes 2 x Bouncy Castles, 2 floor areas with lots of gymnastics equipment, access to Bars and Beams, a foam pit, the gym has everything you’ll need to make your children’s party a memorable event.

The party is supervised by a level 2 coach or above plus one assistant. The party format will consist of 1 hour in the gym, followed by 45 minutes in our party room for food.

All parties are required to provide food, drinks and plates etc. Access to a fridge is available (no longer a kitchen area). Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your party and the staff will allow you in and complete the register. Please note a completed register of all attendees with an emergency contact number must be provided by the party hirer at the start of your party. Failure to do so will result in a delay to your start time whilst this is completed.

You will be required to tidy up and place any party litter in the bin provided outside the gym.

Number of children: You have 30 children included in your price. Unfortunately we cannot exceed this number.

Rates: £200 per session (member) or £215 per session (non-member).

Invitations: Party invites are included in your price. These can be collected from the gym once your party deposit is secured.

Party bags: We can provide party bags priced at £2 per child. These include a Playgym voucher, a bag of sweets, a balloon, a glow stick and a bubble wand. The birthday child will receive a goodie bag every time.

Saturday Parties – New Update For October 2026 Onwards

From October 2026 – Saturday parties will also now be able to be booked online with the party room included. Please note that Saturday parties from this date onwards will be in the new unit ONLY. Parties in the new unit will include use of the large inflatable slide, bouncy castle, long trampoline and lots of softplay equipment. Our Saturday afternoon classes will be running in the old unit at the same time so you will not have use of the foam pit for a Saturday afternoon party.

Rates: £150 per session (member) or £180 per session (non-member).

Invitations, party bags and booking information are stated above as per a Sunday party.

Deposit & Booking

A £70 non-refundable deposit. The balance is payable three weeks before the party.

All parties are booked online.

2027 Sunday Parties

Please note, due to the exciting expansion of our gym we will be implementing a price increase for our Sunday parties from January 2027 onwards.

Rates: £220 per session (member) or £235 per session (non-member).
