Drop off and pick up point: Harlequin School of Gymnastics

Age 5+.

Age 4 (half a day only)

Bring snacks. Pack lunch provided (included in price). Just choose your sandwich filling and drink.

First come, first served.

Minimum of 10 participants required for each day to take place so spread the word!

'Different Sports will be run on different days,

so come for a whole week and try them all.

Pay for 4 days and get the 5th free!''

Times:

8.30am/9am- 4pm finish

(There is the opportunity of staying until 5pm. However this is £5 more as it is prime gymnastic session time).

Cost:

£10 for half a day, £20 until 4pm, £25 until 5pm

Awards Evening

Harlequins first Awards Evening is a

GREAT SUCCESS!

On Saturday the 8th December Harlequin hosted its very first Awards evening. With over 300 gymnasts in the club the evening was bound to be a great success - and so it it proved to be. The event was hosted in a fantastic venue, Shooters Snooker club, and entertainment was provided by Dave white (DJ).

Twelve main awards were handed to the winning nominated gymnasts, and every gymnast received an honorary medal for their commitment and membership at the club. Award winners were:

Dedicated Trampolinist - Jade Carberry

Improved trampolinist - Emily Lee

Up and coming gymnast - Surrenne Hibbins

Dedicated gymnast - Harriet Dashwood

Improved gymnasts - Rory Donnelly and Georgia Brierly

Competition achievements - Maja Austin

Outstanding Achievements - Rebecca Mead and Nicola Dunn

Club man - Victoria Rankin

Personality - Mollie Walsh

Bravery - Lydia Daniels

The final award of the evening was Gymnast of the year. This went to Victoria Rankin who was the only gymnast to win two awards. A very successful evening overall.

A big thankyou to the fundraising committee - Linda Woodhouse, Tina Austin, Emma Hutchinson, Michelle Miller, Janet and Bruce Dashwood for all the help regarding the organisation of the awards evening- it could not have been done without you. We look forward to the day - from Emily.
